Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely happy, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery — no hassle, no hard feelings.

How it works:

  1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is confirmed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to return the item.

  • If your order doesn't arrive within 20 working days, contact us and we'll refund you in full or resend it, your choice.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
